Good questions

Questions? We've got answers.

Where should I use a glass dispenser?

Our glass dispensers are made for countertops: the kitchen sink, the bathroom vanity, the laundry room. Please don't use glass in the shower. For the shower, choose one of our shower dispenser sets.

Will thick soap or dish soap work?

Hand soap, dish soap and lotion are all great choices. Very thick products can take a few extra pumps to get started. Foaming soap needs a foaming pump, so it won't foam in our standard pumps.

What size replacement pump fits?

Our glass bottles use a 28-400 pump. You'll find replacements in our soap dispenser accessories. Not sure? Email a photo to hello@joiedesignsco.com and we'll help.

How do I clean it?

Every few refills, rinse the bottle with warm, soapy water and pump warm water through the pump until it runs clear. We recommend hand washing to keep labels and engraving looking their best.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from Denver, and standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $45. We ship within the U.S. only.

What is your return policy?

Most unused items can be returned or exchanged. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship them back within 30 days. Custom and Final Sale items are excluded unless they arrive damaged. See our full policy.
